Sweet Dreams Freeze-Dried Treats ensures each bag is bubble wrapped, as well as an extra layer of bubble wrap added to the box to minimize the chance of the candy breaking apart in transit. However, any small pieces or crumbs make amazing cake / treat toppers. You can also dissolve it into your coffee or clear soda for an extra special drinkable treat!
● Please allow 5-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships.
● If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
● If you have NOT received a tracking number after 10 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact us via email. Please include your order # in your email.
● Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com or (800)275-8777.
● If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and mis-deliveries MUST be handled through the U.S. Postal Service.
● All orders must select Shipping as the delivery method.
